Service to 2,299 individuals across all service lines in 2014.

Response within 24 hours to 641 new individuals and families – an increase of 17% over 2013 – calling for help.   These are outside of our usual referral sources. Individuals received help addressing immediate needs, navigating eligibility and access issues, identifying options, and getting ongoing services.  Often they connect with us first by using our simple online inquiry form, available 24-7 to start the process of getting help.

78% of individuals receiving Community Treatment Services were living in their own home in the community (on December 31, 2013.)  And, they maintained stable housing.

92% of individuals leaving their home to be admitted for short-term Crisis Stabilization Services stabilized their situation without high cost hospitalization.

77% of individuals receiving Delancey Services maintained continuous housing for at least one year within their first two years of participation after experiencing chronic homelessness – often of nine years or more.

179 individuals received Employment Services such as job seeking skills training, individual job development, job coaching, and job support.

More than 229 community members help Guild Incorporated meet its mission and purpose through Volunteer Service.  Be a friend to someone who is isolated, drive someone to the grocery store, play sports or card games, help raise funds – there’s something for everyone to do.
