Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) at Guild South

About Guild South:

Guild South offers Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) in a safe environment to assist individuals in developing and enhancing their psychiatric stability. Services at Guild South include Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment, Illness Management and Recovery curriculum, and Family Psychosocial Education when needed. Services are provided in two houses in St. Paul, and staff is available 24 hours a day.

To make referrals to Guild South:

IRTS Placement Request Form: Print and complete this form to begin the referral process at Guild South.  Fax to 651-306-1045, “Attn. IRTS Team Leader.”

Screening and Admission Requirements:  Explains screening  and admission requirements including the Physical Examination and Diabetic Assessment Form, which is completed after you receive notification from the IRTS Team Leader regarding status of your placement request.  Fax completed forms to 651-306-1045, “Attn. IRTS Team Leader.”
