Guild Welcomes New Board Member

We are pleased to welcome Diane Wakefield, Senior Vice President and Minnesota Region Manager with City National Private Banking to our Board of Directors.

Diane Wakefield recently relocated to Minnesota from the San Francisco Bay Area and is a Senior Vice President and the Minnesota Region Manager with City National Private Banking. Based in Minneapolis, she and her team provide tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth families, professional service firms and select nonprofit organizations. Ms. Wakefield brings 20 years’ experience to the role, having worked with families across the country. Prior to joining City National Bank in 2015, Ms. Wakefield served as a Senior Vice President with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Prior to that, she was a Vice President with Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management. Ms. Wakefield and her husband, Chris, have two daughters, Julianne and Molly. Julianne recently obtained her B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University and Molly will be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Music Education, Fall 2019. Chris looks forward to permanently joining Diane in Minneapolis this coming summer, where they can continue to enjoy their love of the outdoors, backpacking, hiking and fishing together. Ms. Wakefield is excited to join Guild Incorporated’s Board of Directors and is personally invested about improving access to mental healthcare to all as well as working to reduce the stigma related to those with mental illness.
