Community Access Services
Providing easy access to services can prevent a mental health problem from escalating and spiraling into a crisis that can lead to homelessness or hospitalization. Through our Community Access services we help people navigate through the system to understand what resources are available.
It begins with an initial phone screening, or use the simple online inquiry form, to identify the individual’s needs. Then, we’ll help the person get connected to resources for immediate needs and make appropriate referrals to services and resources.
Mental Health Therapeutic Services
Community Access services also offers private pay options for those individuals who do not qualify for publicly funded programs. These ongoing services are available to individuals with mental illnesses and other clinical disorders and provide the following:
- Assessment and planning,
- Therapeutic intervention,
- Skill development,
- Coordination of services
Consultation & Counseling for Families and Others
Services are also available to provide support, consultation, and education for family members or concerned others of individuals who are experiencing mental illness.
