Service to 33% more people in 2009, than in 2008.
Response within 24 hours to 119 new individuals calling for help. Individuals received help addressing immediate needs, navigating eligibility and access issues, identifying options, and getting ongoing services.
81% of individuals receiving Community Treatment Services were living in their own home in the community (on December 31, 2009.) And, they maintained stable housing.
94% of individuals leaving their home to be admitted for short-term Crisis Stabilization Services stabilized their situation without high cost hospitalization.
71% of individuals receiving Delancey Services maintained continuous housing for at least one year within their first two years of participation after experiencing chronic homelessness – often of nine years or more.
