What’s the best way find out about new job openings at Guild?

Visit this site frequently.  We always post our openings here.

What should I do if I’m interested in applying for a job at Guild?
Send a cover letter and resume to the contact information under Open Positions 

I sent in a resume.  How do I know if you received it?

  • If you e-mailed the resume, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt.
  • If you mailed the resume, we’ll send you a postcard.

We strive to get confirmations out as soon as possible, but we get a lot of resumes, so please give us about a week to respond.

I got a confirmation.  Now what? If your education, experience, and background meet requirements for the position, we’ll contact you by phone to learn more about your qualifications.

Who would I be serving?

You would serve adults who live and cope with serious and persistent mental illness – diseases like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression.  But, individuals we serve are much larger than their diagnosis.  Learn more about Who We Serve.

Where would I be working?  

Look at the position announcement for the position you’re interested in under Open Positions.   Under the title and any schedule information, you’ll find the name of the program or service you’d be working for.

If it’s Guild South, Maureen’s House,  Emerson House, you would be working in one of our Residential Services and you would be working in a single-family home in a residential neighborhood.

If it’s Delancey Street Apartments you would be working in one of our Delancey Services and you would be working in an apartment building or single-family home – both   located in residential neighborhoods.

If it’s Assertive Community Treatment , Case Management or Delancey Street, you would be working with clients largely in the community — for instance, at their homes, on the street, or during a doctor’s appointment.
